Disappointed

Highly disappointing by Cellc. I had a contract upgrade for one of my lines and the other cancelled this was all done in Late June early July and this morning I receive an sms reflecting an over charged amount of more than R500 !! I don’t understand how is this possible because when I called at the end of July to query why has my account not been debited an agent advised me that my account was in credit
