disappointed

Cell c has been sending me messages saying I should upgrade, I finally decide to do it today and I get nothing but incompetence. I called to upgrade to the Samsung galaxy S5 and I was told by 2 people that it's R349 on a 1gb for 24months. I got cut off twice when I called back I was told 399. There is inconsistency and I am being given incorrect figures. I was going to continue with my upgrade but this marks the end of my relationship with Cell C.
