Disappointed
I've been trying to do a sim swap but they are giving me a hard time, and they drop the call in my ear, am very disappointed in their agents as am really stressing about it because my phone was ****** on Saturday

28 Jun 2018, 10:07Hello I tried calling the service center again but to no avail,I've been under a lot of stress am about to lose my job and they are adding on the stress by not wanting to help me since I may have forgotten some of the numbers I usually call and the amount of airtime i last recharged

28 Jun 2018, 10:17We have requested someone to help and we do want to help. Alternatively, you can visit your nearest Cell C store, bring along your proof of address and identity document. If the SIM card is not RICA registered under your name then you must bring an affidavit.
