Disappointed

I was called to be offered Getmore by an consultant and I declined the offer and they called Mrs Mkhabela who is the account payer but I the (Daughter) use the phone and explained and stated in the form that I will be using the number and phone. I called to cancel the Getmore and when I received the statement it is included and the debit order has changed from 199- 298. How can I trust cell c if they chop and change stuff and deductions they take from the account I am really disappointed as I called again after seeing the debit order on the 28th November 17 and I was promised to be contacted and I missed their call and I called back again and I wasn't called back as promised after returning their call. I might as well cancel the contract and pay the cancellation fee and be free from this!!
