Disappointed
I'm so disappointed with cell c, I had a contract with them and the cancelation was a struggle, even now Ive been trying to cancel another contract they are still giving me a tough time, even worse they have debited a huge amount and that was not our agreement, I called last week and I was told they will call back within 48 hours, I'm still waiting for the call even now, cell c is a disgrace I would never recommend anyone to use it.

06 Apr 2022, 12:45I was assisted on the cancelation part, but now they have debited another amount on my account, I reversed it now I'm getting statements on reverse charges and other charges, cell c is a pain I don't want to lie🤞 ☹️☹️

01 Aug 2022, 13:42Cell c is a terrible service provider, after I struggled with the cancelation now I'm getting harrased by the debt collectors claiming I owe cell, and cell c have handed over my contract to them, I then contacted cell c, made arrangements for payments it's been the second week they are telling me the amount have not reflected and they won't be able to give me a paid up letter, and that mbd debt collectors company is busy annoying me while they said they will contact them and tell them not to harras me ever again, cell c is a disgrace I fully regret why I had a contract with them and I would never recommend it to anyone, now my name is dragged In a mud because of the poor and disgusting service.
