Disappointed

i dont understand CELL C ive had contract phones with Cell C since 2014 and never missed 1 payment, so now cause of the lockdown it had a big impact on my salary i wont be getting my full salary until November so i missed my July payment, since the lockdown started i took a financial strain however i did call them and made an arrangement to be debited twice this month which is still too much considering that im not getting my full salary nevertheless i am going to pay double but today i get an sms saying my services will be suspended today if i dont make payment i missed 1 payment in 7 years and i already made an arrangement to pay it, its not like im just quiet or disappeared.
