Disappointed

I went to your Tembi Mall branch to get a new contract when I got your stuff just looked at me n told me that they don’t have phones n they don’t offer any suggestions or an alternative as to when or wat I can do next, recently I went back to book my phone for repairs t their just steered at me without moving an inch behind their counters minding their own phones business n tell me that they are offline when I ask when I you gonna be online they told me that they don’t know I must come back later to check out they don't offer any suggestions or wat I can do to try and book my phone for repairs even taking my number to call when their back online. During the whole thing non compliance with the Covid 19 situation coz their are seating down on their counters minding their own phones business. I understand that I’m from kasi I don’t know my rights n can’t afford a contract while should they waste their energy on someone like me, when the current contract ends I won’t renew coz I’m not getting what I signed for
