Disappointed
Good day
I have attempted many times to reactivate a cell c SIM card that was ****** and since then Nothing!!
I was given no warning for it to be deactivated because it was ******, having been a cell c customer since 2013 is quite disappointing that nothing can be done and that number is linked to my banking, google, email, Facebook, instagram for business and most importantly SARS and cipc details. I desperately need this number because it’s to my business and I can’t afford not to have it on right now. I’ve been given the run around about this situation and need help ASAP!!
I have spent many hours on the phone and in store with cell c and yet I’ve been told the same thing where as I have heard of people being assited with this issue.
