Disappearing data - Cell C

My data disappeared without it being used. When I spoke to a consultant I was told that I used Facebook when I don't have Facebook, and neither do I have the application installed on my phone.

When I call the customer service centre, I'm told different things, but when I need to receive feedback I don't receive any.

I have been a faithful customer of Cell C for several years now, hoping I would receive the same treatment, but I am utterly disappointed.
