Disappearing Airtime
My mom has a cell c phone. She loads R100 airtime at a time and within 48 hours it's gone. I have myself loaded R150 and put her data off with only Wi-Fi running. Airtime is gone with 48 hours. Checked calls. Checked data usage on WhatsApp etc. She has update apps only over WiFi enabled. Mobile hotspot is off etc etc. I have checked for WASP's by running the USSD codes too. Nothing. She has been into notj the Vredenburg as well as Bayside stores for help. Please assist us Cell C. Her money is being eaten by the network!
