Disappeared Support Ticket

On 16 April I opened a support ticket on the Cell C site about deteriorating internet access.<br> I even received a reference number ***) and an SMS stating \We have received your query and will attend to it shortly...An SMS will be sent to you when your query has been resolved\" <br> Not noticing any improvement in the service I decided on checking on the status of the \"support ticket\", To my surprise it had simply been deleted without the reported issue being resolved.<br> I am still waiting.<br> <br> "
