Disappeared Minutes

Hi. My Name is Nontembiso Mananga. I would like to complain about Cell C. I had more than 2000 cell c to cell c minutes. I bought a bundle called all in one bundle that comes with 900 minutes. I last bought this bundle on the 20th of September. Adding on a lot of minutes that was already there. But I woke up today all the minutes had disappeared. I tried calling their customer care more than once and the consultants just don't know what to tell me they are guessing that the minutes have expired but when I tell them that they have not expired, they don't know what to tell me. Please I want those minutes back. Cell c stop robbing us.
