Disapointed with the poor service

Hi ,

My name is Sinothile Khoza my ID number is ********** 625085, I called cell c on the 14 of May to cancel my contract and l made it clear that my dim card must cancelled on the last day of June , to my surprise my sim card was cancelled on the 14 of June , i called the call center and received Case no - ********** 205 the lady who was assisting me by the name of Desree who advised me they will listen to the call and if l did request for the sim card to be cancelled end of June cell c will reimburse me my data . and to my surprise l receive a call today on my ********** 043 number from a lady who did not introduce her self who was rude and advised me that cell cell is going to credit me in July for my data and as l was asking her how in July since its the data for June ?and im going to pay for it she rudely dropped the call on me .and she said l must call cell c l advised her im not going to call cell c you guys must call me. She did not even take any details for that credit. Cell c l want my data now or the credit in june not July.

Cell c i want my june data, if this is not resolved im going to ombudsman
