Dis honest company cell c

May 2024 I received a call from one of Cell C agents to say I qualify to get a sim card contract with 100Gig from them for R188.99 for 12 months his name is Thato, I agreed to it the sim was delivered on the 5th June and the debited R188.99 only to give me 50gig when I called them about this they said it’s because the month had already started they will include balance in July. Come July they still gave me 50gig (30day and 20night) at this point I was upset and asked them to cancel my contract and they said it’s a 12 month contract I can’t cancel it. Thato was asked to call me and explain to me and he confirmed that it’s 100 gig at this point I knew that they were lying and there was nothing I can do about it so I had to make peace and move on, now it’s October they debited R259.99 I tried calling them with no luck so now I’m tired of this company I seek!
