Digusting

I have a contract phone with Cell C which my company is paying for. <br> But we take out our own insurance, so I decided to call cell c and get a quote for my phone.<br> They told me they charge you depending on the value of your phone. <br> Which was fine with me. Cell C is deducting more money that I initially agreed on, and no one<br> can give me a good explanation as to why. I have been with them on the phone for almost an hour.<br> This is sick and no one can tell me why, they deducting more money than what I agreed upon. <br> I want my Money Back this is disgusting and the fact that I have to be transferred from one department <br> to the other. I want my money back and I am cancelling this insurance with cell c.
