Difficult to cancel data contract

I cancelled my data contract with Cell C on 1 June 2020. I was assured that the payment I made on 1 June 2020 will be the last debit order coming off my account, as I pay in advance. But come 30 June, my account was debited again. I am trying to get my bank to reverse the debit order.

This is the second time this has happened. There is a recording where the agent confirms my account will be cancelled, and then does not cancel it.
