I have been having problems with paying my cellc account. When I was able to pay it off and cancel the contract, I called in two times on the Friday 26 Jan 2024 one agent told me I can do immediate cancel because I was in errors. Today 29Jan 2024 I am told I won't able to do the immediate cancel. Even when you ask to speak to team leader at cellc you told they gone call you and no one calls.

Please be advised for early cancelation you are required to pay the commitment amount which doesn't include the current bill in order for the cancelation to be processed . However if your account is in areas we will assist with making payment arrangements.
