Different amounts

I have been trying to get a correct amount to close account for the past year. And everytime I get a different amount from some attorney cell c is unable to give me an amount at store or even the call center. The attorneys keep changing as well as the amount and bank details like I told cell c how can I trust such service, send me an amount via email with bank details from cell c itself and il trust that payment no other.
