Different account numbers & no debit order gone off?????

Thre seems to be issues with cell c and their debit order run which i do not understand, my account was always debited with no issues until now. I just dont understand the whole thing because my acc number at cell c is *****7158 but i am receiving account warnings for *****5363-2 and *****5136-4???? Is my account is arrears or not because the account numbers dont match. Cell C called me this morning and I asked the lady to explain the different account numbers but then she hung up on me.......very rude. I have been a loyal client with cell c but no one can answer my questions.....please can someone with some intelligence call me and explain. Thank you
