difference between 2 days and 2 weeks.

Hi. I understand that some queries may take long to resolve, but please don't promise people ****. I ordered a cell c contract via the call centre which was delivered and I mentioned that I want to keep my current prepaid number for the contract which was not done. I called the cell c contact centre again to ask that my prepaid number to be migrated to the contract, the consultant by the name of Sinaye promised that the relevant department will get back to me in 2 days, they didn't get back to me, I call again for feedback 7 days after and another consultant said she will \urge\" the request and should expect the call soon. its two weeks now and haven't heard anything from Cell C, instead I'm the one always trying to find out where they are with the query. I called again today and some lady told me to contact Cell C Direct, I called that Cell C direct and spoke to he guy by the name of Mahlomola who also said he will transfer me to the right department. instaed of transferring me, he put the phone down. I would appreciate a call back from that relevant department or i am cancelling this contract. "
