Didn't Cancel my Contract
Cell C apparently decided not to cancel my contract after they misunderstood my instruction, they then accused me of Lying as the recording they said say I agreed to not cancel my contract. 15 minutes later they call back and say oh it was a misunderstanding.... Pathetic service from the Call Center Manager... I have never felt more disrespected in my life
