Did not receive device after 2 months

My parcel was delivered 23 July as per your Courier IT website waybill. It is 4 weeks later and I did not receive any delivery. I queried 3 times from your courier already and NO one is getting back to me. I will have to take further action if no feedback or delivery. This is unacceptable. Tracking number is cellc**********0.
