Did and Upgrade waited 2 weeks for a phone, did not not arrive

<p>Cellc Directs Service is pathetic, did and upgrade on the 24/08/2016 waited for 2 weeks for a phone as they did not have stock. Had to cancel the upgrade as the service was pathetic, Still unable to take a contract upgrade as the credit department has listed me 2 years ago but my accounts are all upto date. Do not find Cell C direct worth the trouble. You get more assistance in store than you do over the phone</p>

Hi, why is it so difficult to get through to your Legal dept. i want to resolve the issue so that i can upgrade and i am still not able to as no is available when you call.
