Device still faulty, after repair centre sent it back, without making sure the device worked.

<p>Hi There</p> <p> </p> <p>I booked my device in repairs, for what seems to be hardware issues. 3 weeks later, the device is returned to me, and the same problems are evident as soon as the phone is handed to me. The device keeps crashing, and it is clearly not a software issue. The technician whom assesed my device, by the name of mark, sent my device back to the store, with an incomplete QC check. One of the boxes was ticked 'no' which means that the device was sent back, still faulty! I dont understand how a technician can send a device back, while still faulty! Currently, im completly unable to use my device. I was in the V&A Waterfront Cell C store for 4 hours, on the 30th May 2016, where nobobody but the store manager seemed understand the proceedures when such event happens. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is my second device since opening up my contract, as the first device I had was faulty (which was treated as an OBF, where there were numerous issues with regards to the service and management of the repair centre).</p> <p> </p> <p>The job number for this incident is CLC***.</p> <p> </p> <p>I ask that a supervisor/manager attends to the situation, and I demand that my device be replaced, as the inconveniance of time and money, has deeply disappointed me.
