device not repaired by repair centre

Hi my name is Bernice and i have a problem with my device i got on contract from CELL C my device was getting extremely hot when listening to music or working on Internet... i use to work at vodacom repairs so i know have to treat a device!!! 2 weeks ago while searching on google my device start flickering and the device just died!!! The device was NOT pluged in!! So i removed my battery, the device smelt like it burned!!! The device is still under warranty!!! Not even 7 months old!!! I called the repair centre this morning and they say the device has liquid damage i asked for proof and still did not receive proof of damage!!! My problem is the device burned its a faulty device!!! I know how to treat a device there can't be liquid damage on the device!!! THE DEVICE BURNED!!! IM NOT PAYING R500 A MONTH FOR SOMETHING I CAN'T USE!!!! i don't have insurance but even if i did im not claiming through insurance because IT IS A FAULTY DEVICE!!! I WANT A NEW DEVICE!!!!
