Device keeps failing

I took a phone out on contract with you guys, it is less than a year old but it keeps failing. The phone has been in for repairs over two times with the same problem, every time it comes it works for a little while and it starts giving me problems and Every time the technicians fix my phone it takes over two weeks to bring it back so i stay the entire time without a phone and they don't close it properly the device has a wide gap on the side. my device has now started with the same problem over the past two three weeks and i am not going to book it in for repairs again enough is enough. Cell C i am not getting the value for my money i cannot keep sending a phone less than a year old in for repairs. I do not want this phone anymore otherwise i will stop paying the ****** contract and won't upgrade all my other contracts that are due for an upgrade this month and the next 4 months. I cant continue to work like this i am paying for this phone and i need to get my money's worth
