Device contract
I'm sorry if you can't handle your clients and stick up to their expectations, let them know before they invest in you. When recently I app**** for a new device contract I specified for a certain color and Sipho(Consultant) was happy to give me assurance that the color I requested was indeed available. This is not something we discussed once, throughout the our conversations I made sure I repeatedly reminded him. Now I'm being sent a copy of the contract and Black is documented? How Sent an email immediately, still they haven't responded.This time I won't allow such violation. Now again
