Device amount still appears on statement after 24 months
Good morning,
My device for my 24 month contract has been fully paid but the device amount still appears on my statement. Please assist in removing this amount and cancelling my contract. After being with you since 2004, i think we need to part our ways if you want to charge me for something that is not due to you.

Imagine being charged for a device that is paid off. I can still understand fees for all the other services. Please provide me with a reference number for my cancellation request.
