Deteriorating Services.

This is not the first time I have had a terrible experience with Cell C, sometimes the agents that assist you make you seem like you lieing when you explain what happened and then they talk to you and then you think they lieing I cant anymore Cell C is a flippen ******* with their WhatsApp bundle how does one purchase a WhatsApp bundle today and not use the WhatsApp bundle and then when you put you data your on the next day to use WhatsApp for the first or second time there is miraculously no more WhatsApp bundle? This is the second time this has happened to me and I am not pleased with this at all. On top of all this the connection and service of Cell C is slowly deteriorating unimpressed with this. Heavily unimpressed.
