DESPICABLE SERVICE
<p>I have logged a query on 03 July 2017 and 9 days later the query is still not resolved. I have bought a 24 month contract of 1G data and R150 airtime, however 12 months down the line, Cell C did not issue my I gig me. This resulted in the my airtime of R150 being consumed by data usage. the customer care escalations agents are rude and unhelpful. they will not allow me to speak to a supervisor/manager. Their response is non commital or resoltion orientated. I have never dealt with such useless people who totally disregard their customer request. Totally disgusted!</p>

The query was resolved within an hour of logging it onto Hello Peter. Turnaround time was realistic and he was very solution orientated. He was understanding and listening to his customer.
