Despicable Cell C

I really do want to know how Cell C is still allowed to do do business. This despicable company is yet again deducting money from my bank account for a contract that was cancelled 5times between November 2014 and February 2015. Money was deposited into my account last night and this horrid, despicable, shameless company immediately deducted an amount that is more than 6 times the original the contract. I even tossed the Cell C SIM card to ensure that it never ever got used again, but still, CELL C CONTINUES TO DEDUCT MONEY FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. To add injury to my continuous pain, my own bank, FNB has told me that I can't stop payment for Cell C unless I go into a branch, even though I asked my Branch Manager to do this in writing. Seems to me that big business conspires to make the customer's life difficult.<br> I have had an offer from the legal fraternity to take Cell C to court and honestly, I think this is the only option I have left to me
