Desmond Daniels rude and unprofessional!!! Such unprofessionalism in the legal department it's shocking!
After months trying to get Cell C to contact me regarding my handed over contract, they finally did. I spoke to some lady 2 months ago regarding paying it and we reached an agreement she even sent me banking details, she said she is calling me from Cell C Legal and the lady told me my balance and so forth and we agreed that I will start paying.
3 weeks later I received a call from Desmond Daniels telling me I must pay and not pay from the initial banking details I was given, he said he will send me the banking details, which HE NEVER SENT. Today he calls me saying I haven't paid, whilst trying to explain that firstly I don't understand why two people from same company calls me to pay and him saying I should not pay to the initial banking details provided by the lady, the RUDE DESMOND threatened to send me summons and hung upon me.
This is disgusting service, rude and unacceptable. Cell C must take action against this guy to avoid any of their clients ever experiencing such!!!

The call was placed from an outsourced debt collection company. We have escalated this matter and will ensure it is addressed.
