Deplorable

<p>I had an account, I was accused of missusing data & had my contract terminated. I was handed over to Debt Collectors in order for Cell C to recoup their cost. After many arguments , I was placed on ITC & was order to pay the outstanding balance.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have being paying religiously for last year & not recived any communication from the Debt Collector or Cell C informing me about the status of my account , last week I called the Debt Collector to enquire & was informed that my account was not longer active. I called the customer service line to which the repsonse was , find out where your account is , miss a payment & your're history </p> <p> </p> <p>Cell C you have take n joy in destroying my life , now when I query , you can't help me, that's bad customer service.</p>
