Denying a sale after approval
So CellC had a special which they now refuse to sell to me. I have submitted everything to them on 11 Oct 2018, yet they keep coming up with one excuse. I have screenshots and it was approved. I want to take this further as it is unacceptable. I have screenshots of the whole transaction.
