demaged to my credit score with debiting on not agreed date and cutting my service

1.signed for a data bundle contract and I we agreed on debit date of 25th of every month 2.I did request for the contract to be emailed and was not emailed 3.my service is cut of at a moment and I lost business 4.if my service is not returned today I will post bad service to all my colleagues and corporate 5. If not done I will terminate contract and file legal action
