Delivery taking to long

<p>after being with Cell C for more than 6 years not even once had i skipped a payment but, the service im recieving since last week is very shocking and disgusting . and i dont know why they hire consulted that are clueless and cant listen to thier customer.i have call in last week Tuedays (23.05.2017) for my upgrade and i wass informed that my phone will be delivred the folloeing day on wednesday but i had aks them to use my alternative number to the courier as i had lost my phone and the sim card of my cell c number is awaiting my new phone. which i was told it was done, but to my surprise wednesday, thurday and friday passed nothing, no massage or even call to say from the courier, then on monady i called the call centre again and i was told that the courier attempted to deliver but they couldnt reach me on my number which was the Cell no that i speviaffiaclly ask them not to use as i had no phone for it, well then the call centre too the alternative number which is ********** 722 and said he will update and send an email to the courier. and they will deliver on that day but nothing and wednesday again which is today i called again the i was told the phone is out for the delivery.. but it never came so i'm tired of calling cell c for somthing that i have to pay for, i never had issues in the past when i updagre i just call and my phone was delivery without issues with alternative number,my contract expries next month i might as well cancell and go to another service provider i dont have time for incompetencey for somthif that im paying....m sick and tired you can keep your phone and your contract.</p>
