Delivery parcel not honored as promised

I bought a SIM card telephonically last week they said I qualify and stuff this morning I was assured the parcel would b delivered today they even sent sms in the morning I made means to b home today expecting to receive the parcel during the day I kept on asking how far is the delivery and I was told the parcel is on its way they close business at 16.30 by then they wud have delivered. As I’m typing this it’s exactly 17.00 no delivery has been made and no one can give me answers , I’m very furious because I could have done something today run my errands but I decided to b home for nothing . Cell c has ruined the trust I have for them
