Delivery Of Incorrect Phone

On the 26th September I app**** for a contract phone on the with your sales department. The contract was approved and I was told when the phone would be delivered. The phone was delivered on the 28th September, however the incorrect phone was delivered. Upon delivery of the phone I requested that the courier guy take it back with him however he refused and said that I call Cell C to return the phone. On the very same day I called your call centre and was advised to call the next day. On the next day being the 29th Of September I called the call centre again and the consultant I spoke to said Cell C could not collect the phone and that it would take 3 to 7 working days to be collected. I sent through a complaint on the same day and recieved a call back from Maropeng who promised that the phone would be collected on the 02nd Oct and have the new phone that I had initially signed up for delivered the same day. It is the 03 Oct and have not received any feedback about the collection of the phone or delivery of the ordered one. I called your call centre this morning and explained the issue to two different consultants (Boitumelo Makopo and Manager Lindi Mlangeni), Lindi advised that she can arrange for the collection to be today. I would like this contract this contract to be cancelled with immediate effect after the collection of the phone. I will not call you again to query this issue.
