Delivery Delays

Hi Cell C

I placed an order for a SIM only contract (Online) on the 24th May. Granted it was alter 12pm i expected to receive this SIM today (28 May 2018) . It clearly stipulated that orders placed before 12 will be delivered on the next business day, after 12 would naturally be delivered on the second business day. I have now received an email stating that the order will be delivered with 3-7 working days.

If my SIM is not delivered TODAY, please cancel this order and reverse all billing immediately. I placed the order as I require this service for business purposes. I cannot wait 1 week.

Please can i get a call for clarity.
