3 weeks ago I app**** for a cellphone contract with using.i immediately received a call from one of the consultant and told me that my application has been approved and was told to pay admin fee which I did. Now till do date I still haven't received the phones as yet and I have been promised that.i will get the phones since from last week.now I'm tired of cell c I want them to refund me back my money which I paid for delivery...
