Delivered the wrong phone
Hi
I have upgraded my phone contract with cell c but they sent me the incorrect phone. I opted for the Samsung a71 but received a51. I have emailed the customer service but no avail. This becoming a real hassle to get in contact with the right people to help as they always say that they have forwarded my information to the relevant department.
I will cancel my contract if this is not sorted out.
