Delivered my repaired phone to a stranger??

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen, had to wait for it to be repaire No problem. I got a call yesterday to say it was going to be delivered and 'make sure I have my ID for the courier' which I did. I rang this morning to ask where my phone is and they have delivered it to someone else?? Seriously you gave my phone to someone else? How did they manage to give you my ID when it is in my possession? I honestly cannot believe this has happened. What about my photos etc? You have to take your password off when you give the phone in to be repaired and now you have given it to a stranger without the phone being password protected. You CELL C have given all my information to a stranger if you have delivered it to some one randomly.
