deliver my phone

<p>This is my third time posting on hellopeter. My issue never makes it past the escalations department. Nobody ever calls me back. An incorrect device was delivered to me and i sent it back, it has now been more than a month since I took it back. I need a phone now, all I have is a sim card. All I have been able to do with that sim card is call and complain about not having a phone. This is poor service at its best. Now i am going to pay for a phone that i dont have, and airtime that i used to call cell c for their poor service. If there is an option to cancel this contract please get back to me about it. I am nolonger happy considering what you have put me through.</p>
