I called in to decrease my limit with cell c and my line got cut while i was speaking to a gentleman on line. I then called back and explained the issue to zinhle who then assisted me effortlessly by telling me the gentelman i had spoken to had decreased my limit and help me to understand my data pakage and i saved R70 on my data pakage
