Deliberately delaying to cancell the account

<p>I purchased a product of cell c named Getmore then decided to cancell it, i gave a written notice on the 14/03/2016 and served a month notice that lapsed on the 14/04/2016. But the contract was only cancelled in 04/07/2016 then they continued to deduct my money i claimed for refund which was promised to pay month end each time i called them they promise month end up until today. I am terribly disgusted with their service i got. Its funny how they run to block your line when you owe them and further charge you reconnection but when the owe you they must ignore or understand. Their behaviour is really not acceptable</p>
