Deliberate mis-selling to get customers

I received a call from an agent based in cape town regarding my upgrade. We eventually concluded a contract for R329pm for my package which she repeated over 3 times (calls recorded). when I received the confirmation via email minutes later, it reflected R428. This to me is ***** on the part of the company i.e. sneaking in a different amount hoping the customer will not read the contract.<br> when I complain at their call centre I was told they will cancel the upgrade. We concluded the contract at the initial amount and they cannot just change like that.
