delevery of my upgrate phone

I phoned cell c for a up grate on one of my contracts. they were very eager to help me. Now its weeks later nothing. I phoned to find out whats going on. The come with the story that the truck was hijacked that transported my phone. YE YE YE right. Then a lady with the name Lebo Radebe assist me and told me the story but she will emmediatly sort it out and come back to me on my phone now. Its another week later. No phone call nothing please note no phone aswell. Now i phoned again. Still the same story. Still nothing has been doen as prommissed. How many phonecalls, how many empty prommises, how many begging? What must i as client doing??? They even owe me a R1000-00 that they took from my debit order and i had to fight and beg for it. Will see if thats going to happen as prommised. Im tyred of cell c i swear i am!!!
