DELAYS & NO FEEDBACK

On 08/09 I took my phone (blackberry Z10) to Cellc Randburg square to have it booked in for repairs as the charging system is faulty. I was told they are not sure when I will have my phone back , I kept calling in an asking for an update but got told the same story that they don't know when it will be back from cell c buccleuch, I asked for the number for their repair centre in buccleuch ,which I called but no one answered all day, I then went to the Randburg store on 18/09 again,and was told the technician was not able to fix my phone and that they took it back to Blackberry. This morning I have been trying to call cell c randburg centre but their is off the hook since 8am this morning. I need my phone back ,my life is on hold and they did not even bother giving me a loan phone ,I asked for one but got told they did not have. Please help ?
