Delayed sim swap, rude behaviour and *****

On the 3rd of February 2015 I logged a call requesting for a sim swap as I have bought an iPhone 5, I spoke to the call centre assistant who told me that the call is logged and i'll be contacted after 2-4 hours as they have a back log of sim swaps ok no problem. The day went by no call. The following day I wait for their call, so later at night I call cell c since they didn't call me to check on my request. A lady at the call centre assures me that someone from the sim swap department will call me after and hour. An hour passed by then I decide to call back to check what's happening I now speak to a guy which I vent out my frustrations as the lady was lying to me as she was just trying to get rid of me. The follow morning I get a call as I'm travelling to work so since the lady at cell c can't hear me I ask her to call me after 30 minutes. Around lunch time I call cell c as I've waited for thier call the guy I'm now dealing tells me that's not their problem that earlier when the lady whom was calling earlier I asked her to call me after 30 minutes. The guy was rude and unprofessional. Later on I got a call from cell c and got cut off and I'm still waiting for my sim swap.
