delayed service
i am very disapointed in the service i am receiving from cell c,i logged a case on monday the 22nd feb of which the agent i spoke to makhosi loeto didnt explain what the process is on blocking a device,i am still awaiting the itc ref number i havent made a case yet...when i called the next day another agent told me it takes 48 hours nd its over 48 hours no feedback this is really pathetic as i need to open the case so i can file my claim
